- Click on the button that corresponds with your current situation.
- If you chose “I use web-based email service”, there will be a file placed on your desktop named “Invitation”.
- Open your web-based email and attach it to a new email.
- If you chose “I use an installed email client on my PC”, your installed email client will open a new email template with the file attached.
- Email the “Invitation” file to the email address provided by your Remote Support Technician.
